I am working with this organization on getting my preferred provider hired on for my son. The customer service here is non existent. We have sent several emails and calls to their onboarding team and never receive a reply or call back. We are only asking for a status update, my provider has emailed his cpr and first aid certificate several times. Based off my experience I do not recommend this vendor as a respite provider .
If I could give this company zero stars I would. Since the beginning the on boarding process has been confusing they sent over my daughters provider the on boarding welcome packet on February I the clients mom sent over everything they asked for. Here comes April 2nd and they did slow the provider to submit hours because I was missing a risk assessment questioner that they had to ask me . My provider has continous issue with app to log in. We also live in a area with spotty internet. Her timesheet was 1 hour and 8 minutes late. Now 24 hr homecare Inland are refusing to pay her for the last two weeks , until the next pay period in 2 more weeks? They said that is there "policy". I spoke with a representative at the California Labor Commissioner office and explained to them the situation in depth. They informed me that it cant be a "policy" dont pay you until next period BECAUSE that is illegal in California. No... read more
My son has been trying to get ahold of them to help him log into their “mandatory” app to submit his timesheets. They were supposed to retroactively pay him from June when he first started working. They have not helped him register on the app and they have not paid him for his backpay despite turning in all his timesheets. We are now going into January! I’ve spoken to 3 IRC caseworkers that I asked to help me out. They have contacted 24hr care and he still hasn’t gotten a solution or an answer about his pay. Horrible company... read more
