My mom was being released from a 2 month hospital stay and was in very rough shape. We only needed help for 2 weeks and she required 2 people to be there at all times. We had family to assist during the day and just needed help overnight. Megan was my initial contact and the intake was great and thorough. Unfortunately that did NOT translate to the caregivers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If you're looking for a company that is dependable, reliable, professional, empathetic, compasionate, or trustworthy please learn from my experience and look elsewhere as this company does not posses any of these traits. I understand that scheduling issues can arise, but you would think that a company that you entrust to assist with the care of a loved one would have access to resources to help bridge a scheduling conflict. My wife was hospitalized for over three weeks. When she was discharged from the hospital I needed help at home. I called 24 Hour Home Care on a Saturday and by Monday I had an excellent caregiver helping out. They provided a caregiver for two weeks while my wife was recuperating. I couldn’t have done it without them. They are a great company with excellent people. I recommend them highly.
