On a nice day, run outside through falls church's old town and end with a workout back inside.
Classes here are the best. Whether it's Kim for RPM, Elissa for Body Pump or Kirsten for Body Combat, they made me love Les Mills AND want to come back for more each week!

Super nice, great/diverse equipment, husband loves the basketball courts, never too crowded and TONS of parking. Staff's polite and really helpful - what's not to like?
Nice new and clean with a hell of a basketball court, punching bag, Tons of resistance cableS etc.... Definitely the best 24 hr fitness I've been too and I've been to at least 25 or more.
