If I could give a ZERO I would! Watch out do not complain about the conditions at this location or how you are treated. They will cancel your membership,. This location is GROSS and they don’t care about the members no matter if you have been with 24 for decades! I should call the city and report there wet area, flys, build up of gross and the pool, mold, trash everywhere. Take your chances when you go here. Turn was very helpful and friendly
They put the 3 day pass ads on their website and Google Maps to bring people in but refused to let pass holders in. They said it is a branch by branch policy and they have the rights to refuse it. Fake advertisement.
I found the “Free 3-Day Pass” promotion on 24 Hour Fitness’ official website. I followed the process, filled in my personal info, and received an official confirmation email with a QR code. I went to the gym expecting to try it out, only to be told at the front desk that it was invalid and I had to pay $30 to enter!
