This place is horrible. Rockwall needs a new gym just as big as this one equipment malfunctioning filthy grips missing belts missing something is always broken. Management old and new lie to you. They couldn't care less about the members that are already there all they're concerned about is making money on new membership, which is why you always see that huge turnaround and members. I am writing this review because what happened in the women’s locker room was unacceptable and deeply upsetting. I was changing in the 24 Hour Fitness locker room with my 12-year-old daughter. I was completely undressed, and my daughter was in the process of getting dressed, when a male janitor shouted into the locker room that it was time to clean and that he would be coming in. I have to be honest- I read the reviews and I must say- it has been really bad over there- the men bathroom is crazy! all the stalls except 1 works and its been like this for a while. woman do be in there cleaning which is new?? The dudes at the front look super upset and just give off a negative vibe- They don't even speak most of them- Whatever happened to this gym? They need a makeover on staff and fix equipment...Who will listen to these reviews ?

This gym is very deceptive. They charge the same amount of money when it’s not a 24 hour gym. If they’re not gonna be a 24 hour gym they need to change their name that alone is deceptive. I would not send my dog to this gym.

I have a friend who has been going to this location for sometime. Just yesterday her locker was broken into and her car keys and credit card stolen. I wonder about the security issues in this place? They should at least have combination locks instead for customers bringing their own lock, it would disallow anyone for attempting to break anything. Do they have cameras showing attempts of breakings? Does the facility guard against theft? Maybe not?
