Will not freeze membership due to all locations being closed. No customer service and no help at all! I did not get a membership for only on-line workouts. I signed up for use of equipments and the amenities this establishment offers. However, these are not available until further notice. Why not freeze payments just like you've frozen the use of your gyms!
I submitted a cancellation request through their online portal, which is the only way to get a hold of anyone, and they still charged my card. This is absolutely abhorrent. Slimy, despicable company.
All of their Gyms are closed due to COVID-19 yet I was still charged for my monthly fee and I have no access to the gym. I tried calling to freeze my account but their call centers are closed. I have also sent emails and nothing. I feel I should get reimbursed for March 2020 and not charged for any month that their gym is closed due to not being an essential business.
Unbelievable continuing to charge me and not providing any services nor any contact information this is criminal.
Will not allow customers to cancel auto-pay memberships during pandemic. 24 is still charging bank accounts and not allowing cancellations or freezes. I paid the first and last months fees and don't want to extend my cancellation 60 or 90 days. Another issue is the cleanliness of their clubs. The pool areas sometime smell like feces and there is scum on the bottom of the Everett, WA pool. The cardio machines are old and broken and now we don't have towel service. Being charged for a gym we cannot attend. At least freeze the membership! I pay monthly I am not in on a member ship so how will you add lost time?
They need to be freezing accounts during the pandemic. How can you charge people for a service you are not providing? How can you add lost time to the end of the membership when I pay monthly?
Absolutely DISGUSTED by the way this place is taking advantage of their customers and not responding to ANY inquiries regarding billing. Shouldn’t there be someone working from home taking care of this? This company only cares about money and karma is going to hit them hard. This isnt right!! The fact that they wont let members freeze or cancel their accounts for the time being is down right dirty. Why should I still be paying for this membership if your facility is closed. I pay for 2 memberships and they wont even let me put it on hold. This is hiway robbery. Why should we members have to pay for a subscription that we cant even use?
