Autumn listened to my health issues, what I will need help with, my low impact needs. We started working out with sit and stand w/out hand help to stand up. Having to train my brain and body on things I have not done in at least a decade will be a challenge that I am ready to take on. 5lb weights really felt heavy with arm raises above my head, but felt good. I woke up this morning after a good night's sleep with some soreness, but not enough for me to stop. Ready for my next session with Autumn.

My first and last time here A homeless person inside woman's restroom no one in front desk @5am . I call the gyn no answer 3er time a guy answer but he can't do anything inside woman restroom Trash allover. Jacuzzi and pool floors mildew Ugh 24 h.Gym dont care
Bad service the pool is broken Everything need to repairs and no one cleans the place
