Shower in women's bathroom has been broken and leaking for weeks. Fix it
Avoid This Location – Crowded & Shady Practices I used to be a loyal 24 Hour Fitness member due to the cheap membership and allowing national access and a buddy pass which I frequently used with my girlfriend. This location is always incredibly overcrowded though so I decided to canceled my membership in favor of an alternative gym. Most overcrowded gym. Broken machines all over the gym that don't get fixed for days to weeks. Dirty, cleaning supplies are often depleted. I spend a considerable amount of my time waiting for equipment to become free. On Aug 8th 2025, there is no soap in the bathrooms. People using toilets and then using their hands of these shared machines 🤮
Went to pay for the month and tried to charge me a late fee without telling me they now started to implement that, price going up each year might as well switch gyms atp bad experience
7/29/2025 - Nothing Fixed. Attached pictures taken today showing plumbing issues still exist. Time to ask the San Diego County Department of Environmental Health to come by and do an inspection of the facility, pool and spa. 7/25/2025 - Lots of broken equipment, plumbing not working, and broken promises of improvements coming. The staff is doing the best with the resources they have. Suggest avoiding this gym until corporate decides members take priority over profits.
