This gym is permanently closed
Staff is friendly and I do like the fact every time I’ve been in machines are available but I do believe the monthly/annual fee is a lot of money for one of their gyms to be this outdated. Inside definitely needs to be remodeled. In addition, this gym’s daily hours are not 24 hours.
Horrible customer service from Justin, not providing options for reimbursing, not letting me speak to someone above him, like the money is going to be yours, if I'm not going to the gym anymore, and you guys have my information and automatically take my money, you should be able to reimburse it as well, I'm not going to that gym anymore charge for the whole month and tell I cant have my money back, really? i would to speak to someone above Justin who is probably not going to work there in the next few years, Justin you shoul... read more
