The M-F 8:30 a.m. BodyPump ‘regulars’ are some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered in a gym. Passive aggressive rude, too. Don’t let them bully you if you’re in the GX room before that class.
Needs a deep cleaning and refillable water bottle stations.
The only good thing about this location is towel service and that it's open 24 hours.
GOT MY KEYS STOLEN OUT OF MY LOCKER AND MY CAR STOLEN...!! The Burbank location is NOT SAFE. The POLICE informed me that this is a continuing problem here and that MULTIPLE THEFTS have occurred.
Staff is great, but the place REEKS of chlorine. I had to step outside within the first 30 minutes. You get used it it kinda... but that's likely not a good thing.
If you're looking for a personal trainer see Kaylen P. She's awesome!!!
