I’ve been to over a dozen 24 hour fitnesses locations across California, and this location was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The cable machines don’t have pins?? Luckily a fellow member gave me an allen wrench he brought from home to use in place of a pin. I saw other people using screw drivers… The showers are extremely dirty and looked as though they have not been cleaned in weeks, flies everywhere, and none of the stalls have any soap. Most unreliable gym in San Jose Jose almost all machines are Constantly under maintenance I was about to cancel my membership with 24 hour fitness because of this place instead I’ll drive the extra time to the Eastridge center The staff at the front desk is a hit or miss sometimes They’ll greet you or help you out or other times they’ll just be chatting With coworkers or on their phones
I am here at the 24 hour fitness on Capitol and A born in the city of San Jose, I find it ridiculous that the gym is supposed to be open at 7 AM. It is now 645 and no one has showed up to open the gym. I pay my dues every month. I expect the gym to be open. I want something done about this and it’s not only me it’s all the other people that are outside waiting and depending on the gym to be open, something needs to be done about this. This is happened numerous times.
Going to this location, while the Eastridge gym is being renovated. I've been to this place before. I usually go in past 6 am and get my morning workout in. Usually not busy around that time. Equipment is good. Helps to have your own pin for the weights.
