John at the front desk is an exceptional employee who greets every client as they walk through the door. This definitely makes you feel welcome. He is a vital employee as this is the first impression one gets of the gym
Regarding Tony the cleanliness of this is exceptional and his commitment is also obvious and well appreciated. I would like to give him the highest recognition possible.
Overall, the club is well maintained and most facilities are clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are only a couple of issues they have, such as 1. dirt and dark sand on the bottom of swimming pool right by the steps. 2. vents in shower cabins are heavily dust laden , exhibit mold accumulation which hampers sufficient ventilation and causes excessive water condensation on the ceiling.
