Absolutely disgusted at the customer service rep at the front desk. His attitude is totally uncalled for. I believe his name is Nico. Management needs to retrain him or let him go.
The person at the front desk is very rude and disrespectful. I filed a complaint and was told Kimberly, the manager would be reaching out to me but never did. The person at the front desk his name is Nico. Very rude.
