Try to use treadmill #3 when possible, treadmill #1 gets noisy once u speed up. Just don't let the mayor catch u on his treadmill when he's here, he'll tickle like no tomorrow

Parking’s GREAT after 10PM most weekends, similar to the 24 on Moorpark Ave.
Pick up after yourself; if you move a piece of equipment, put out back! Others don't want it in their way or to have to look for it when they need it.
Come here in the AM around 7ish, crowds are almost non-existent

I rotate gyms frequently so I don't adapt to the environment, at this 24 I can get my swol on.
