Actually open 24 hours. Good amenities, no basketball court. Busy starting at 4am weekdays, not busy weekend mornings. Staff tries to keep tidy but members here are messy. Lots of homeless in the area
This is the nastiest gym I’ve been to in San Diego.
10 no stopping 5.5
Not much to say that is positive. Pool needs to be cleaned. the bikes are not fully functional. I want to use equipment and the rudely say that is for trainers only. More bad than good.

The staff here literally walks around the gym and asks every single person if they are sleeping. You cannot even take a fitness resting break, they ask you why you are standing still. It is so weird.
