This gym is way better than Pasadena. Worth the upgrade
good gym and finally upgrades have been made .. unfortunately people rarely properly re rack their weights at this gym though
I figured i'd check it out for myself after all the bad reviews.... not glad i did! Needs a face lift... the layout sucks
And dirty doesnt even begin to describe it.... GROSS!
A lot of the freemotion equipment are missing some parts. For a Super Sport, this should be taken care of.
Finally did an upgrade to Supersports, and this Supersports branch is much better than the one, an Active br, that is just two blocks away.
They have the battling rope downstairs near racquetball court
They often have sales on their supplements, just ask them to check the price for you :-)
One of the nicest gyms in Glendale.
