I’ve been going to this gym for many years, and it’s truly a solid community gym with a supportive, positive environment. It offers a wide variety of equipment for both beginners and serious lifters, and it’s easy to feel motivated here. The staff are welcoming, friendly, amd very helpful. The gym is reasonably priced at $30 for a 3-day guest pass, and the staff are exceptionally welcoming and friendly. It is really let down as the gym is filthy, nobody uses sweat towels or wipes down equipment after use. Most of the gym weight machines are creaky during use or have broken padding.
Edwin helps me out when I need it and motivates me to push myself! Excellent service
