Filled out the form for the free trial online, but the person at the front desk refused to allow us the free trial they advertise on their website. His pretext was that we don't have valid california ID, even if we have a valid multi year lease in San Francisco. Absolute rip off, this is mentionned no where on their website, we wanted to try the gym and subscribe but we will take our business somehwere else. AVOID AT ALL COST!
The worst 24 I’ve ever interacted with. Even when they opened after the remodel, they had broken machines and machines fixed with off market parks or different branded handles. Their parking garage is half reserved for a construction company The machines and locker rooms are maintained like the gym is in the tenderloin, not Ocean ave. I will always speak highly of the desk people and trainers, but the managers of this gym are uniquely awful.
