I would like to give my highest recommendation to the trainers and staff working at this facility. They are definitely good at what they do and helpful in achieving your fitness goals.
This fitness center gets my recommendation based on several factors, including excellent facilities, knowledgeable trainers and exciting fitness programs.

Less than Standard – I've been a member of this organization for fourteen years and I'm almost ashamed to admit it. I like the fact that there are so many clubs and no matter where I am I can pretty much work out. But that's where the accolates stop. This company seems to pride itself on mediocrity, and it's been that way ever since I've joined. Horrible, Unresponsive – I use the gym on Center Pkwy. They now lock up the mats so you can't do any floor exercises. There are no small weights available. They say people steal them but is that the members problems? Emails and calls to the corporate office go unanswered. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Think twice and do your research – I've been a member for over 6 months now and am seriously looking elsewhere but options are grim. Staff is "OK" on a good day. Phones do not answer when no one's around; NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE for holiday schedules! Showers need thorough cleaning. In jacuzzi or sauna you're subjected to "meat market" mentality.
