Love the new equipment just let's me come up with new routines

This has been my gym for 2 years. New great equipment got me real excited
June's Insanity class is INSANE. That class helps you to push yourself to your limits. Effective cardio class!!!!!
I am an all club member at 24. I love the lakewood gym. The staff are fantastic and very helpful and polite. Forever i love 24 hour fitness
It's nice to have a gym in the middle of a mall. Convenient location and great group classes!
