Love the new equipment just let's me come up with new routines

June's Insanity class is INSANE. That class helps you to push yourself to your limits. Effective cardio class!!!!!
I am an all club member at 24. I love the lakewood gym. The staff are fantastic and very helpful and polite. Forever i love 24 hour fitness
