Alex and Morgan (trainers) are awesome and really know what they are doing. I have learned a lot from them, lost a lot of weight, and gained a lot of muscle. I would give the place 5 stars, but the men's locker room is gross. Smells like urine all the time. Also the treadmills are "scheduled for service" a good portion of the time.
It's a gym folks, im not there to socialize with staff or be upset if they dont say "hello or have a good evening". Im there to lift, the equipment is good and typically you can get on a piece of equipment or get dumbells as there are 2 set of each weight. Alot of good lifters and friendly people to get advice from. Lift On people!
Please fix the treadmills. Not all are functioning properly and some are missing control/button covers
As much as I love to turn up my head phones loud enough to cause permanent hearing damage to block out the sound of a DJ I would rather pass. P.S. Also please fix the treadmills and make sure that there are paper towels in the men's Bathroom more often. Red
This is a converted 24 Hr Fitness. It needs some cleaning and the mats in the group fitness room need replacing, they're nasty
