Absolute scammers. I went in for a minor issue, I never made it out of the waiting room and they send me a bill for 800 dollars a couple of weeks later!! I will never come back here and will make sure to let everyone I know how much of a ripoff this place is and their complete unprofessionalism.
Extremely dissatisfied with the service last weekend. First time and last! They didn’t even manage basic care techniques accordingly. While in there for 3 hrs and not even an icepack provided to my son. If I could gove zero stars I would.
We had an extremely disappointing experience at the Memorial Hermann Emergency Center in Katy after we were in a car accident on Monday. The service was frankly terrible. We are absolutely dissatisfied with how things were handled. Most importantly, they were supposed to provide my wife with a document stating she is excused from work for a certain period due to her rib fracture, which makes her unable to work. This is by far the worst experience I went through tonight (August 18, 2025, around 8:30pm). My wife went into ER with pain and dizziness (not going into details). The front desk was very helpful and was able to admit us into ER very quickly. By the time we walked into room 4, they handed my wife a bottle for urine test. We waited in the room with no updates, and urinal in the room. After 20 minutes or more, I went to the nurse (Mila) asking for any updates.
