If I could I would love to put less than 1 star. Place is a money trap, after butchered stitches on my sons' face, that needed attention few days later, they billed us over $6k, with insurance and promptly paid copay. Stay away as far as you can, strongly recommend using local Urgent Care places and do not go there, unless you have money to burn.
Very disappointed with that place. Had to go there after urgent care refused to place stitches on my child. Paid 500$ copay on the spot. And they billed 6k for the visit on top of it. Job was performed very poorly. Stitches very done with a wrong technique, not even by doctor! Nurse practitioner. If you charge 6k for the job, it better be a doctor. I’m surprised at the low reviews on here. I’ve had the most positive experience I think I’ve ever had at an ER. The staff dealt with me promptly and professionally and most of all they were extremely caring and passionate. Everything was explained to me, and I was checked on regularly. I felt safe and in good hands. Thank you all!
Every single time I have been here, they have been nothing short of wonderful. Extremely competent and caring. Don't ever go to the ER at the hospital on Katy Freeway and 99. They don't care about anyone. Plus they make you sit and wait for hours for something that shouldn't take nearly that long. Plus, depending on the doctor working, you may never see them at all until they're ready to discharge you.
Kudos to Dr Kadin, Joseph, and Bercie who took such good care of us when we visited the emergency center at 2:00am! We were seen immediately (unlike most ER’s) and they were attentive to our needs. They did lab work right there and within 20 minutes had a diagnosis and remedy. We don’t want to see them again too soon :0) but glad they are there when we need help in the future.
