I called this outfit yesterday—had three grand burning a hole in my pocket, wanted to buy some gold. Unfortunate customer service. Guy on the phone didn’t have a good attitude so I’ll do my business elsewhere. When it comes to buying gold, you should feel comfortable with the people you’re dealing with.
