I called this outfit yesterday—had three grand burning a hole in my pocket, wanted to buy some gold. Asked one basic question: ‘Do you ship insured?’ And the guy on the line—didn’t even catch his name—snapped back like I’d insulted his mother. ‘We don’t answer stupid questions,’ he said. I called today i saw the reviews same thing happened with me as well ,,, i ask question he said dont ask question just tell me what you want ,,, are we stupid do you think bcz we are asking question about the gold not for stupid toy ,,, what the issue if we ask at the end we will paying for it not you .. don’t call them don’t buy anything there so stupid customer service

Unfortunate customer service. Guy on the phone didn’t have a good attitude so I’ll do my business elsewhere. When it comes to buying gold, you should feel comfortable with the people you’re dealing with.
