I called this outfit yesterday—had three grand burning a hole in my pocket, wanted to buy some gold. Asked one basic question: ‘Do you ship insured?’ And the guy on the line—didn’t even catch his name—snapped back like I’d insulted his mother. ‘We don’t answer stupid questions,’ he said. Unfortunate customer service. Guy on the phone didn’t have a good attitude so I’ll do my business elsewhere. When it comes to buying gold, you should feel comfortable with the people you’re dealing with.
