Every time we went, we had a new nurse practitioner. I have a brain injury, from a motorcycle accident. Walmart constantly had to call them for refills and fax them for refills, not once or twice but three times. Then we got a call that I was dismissed from their practice because I came in daily trying to get my heart medicine filled! This place is a big joke! Awful. I was told that no one is getting paid here, everyone is quitting now! I was there a week ago and there is one nurse working the desk area!!! No air conditioning, no help. One doctor drained out of her mind! These people work hard for absolutely NOTHING :( someone needs to fix this ASAP. They’re also messing with HEALTH. You pay no one and expect them to work??? I am still waiting to be seen and it has already been 30 minutes. This place is not busy and it is very unorganized. I’m just disgusted.
This is the worst run medical practice I have ever run into they need an office manager to run this place I hope I never have to go back to this place and it’s just five minutes from my house I would rather drive an hr to Get my medical needs met
I've been a patient here for 4 years, in four years I have been through 5 doctors, 4 nurses, and countless PAs. The care is horrible, they have horrible communication. They don not answer the phone ever. The front desk people are untrained and lack knowledge The only person worth going to see is krissy and they've moved her. This place is the worse most unorganized doctors office I've ever been too.
