Called customer service three times today trying to get access to my storage unit. No one was helpful; no supervisor was available to assist me let alone be bothered to come to the telephone. Was told I would have to meet someone there tomorrow! My contract with them expires tomorrow! Do not recommend doing business here at all. There are a million storage places around--don't waste your time or money with this useless unhelpful place.
