Extremely disappointing experience. The doctor was unprofessional, aggressive, dismissive, and did not communicate in a respectful or compassionate manner. His behavior made an already stressful situation feel even more uncomfortable, and I did not feel heard, supported, or treated with basic dignity. I am having a very difficult time getting my prescription filled. It’s been over a week and the pharmacy says they’re waiting on my dr. However when I contact this office they act oblivious. They’re also very hard to get ahold of. As you can see they tried blaming their errors on everyone else. I didn’t call outside of business hours. And even the pharmacy tried getting ahold of them.
