We found mold in our rental and we contacted 24/7 to give us estimates for remediation. We were connected with Jose Garcia at 24/7. He was extremely responsive, honest, and thorough. Our landlord ended up not willing to do the remediation we wanted but I believe 24/7 gave us the best chance to actually fix the house.
I called the company on Sunday and they were quick to come out the next day and give me a report. My tenant was reporting high humidity levels and mold growing on her personal belongings and furniture. I wanted to get a mold remediation report to see what was going on and Jose was very thorough with his findings. I highly recommend this company if you need a mold remediation.
Nicholas was great, gave clear communication & made the scheduling process smooth! Jose was great! He took his time, was very accommodating & professional. Had a great experience overall! Highly recommend.
