I gave two stars because I drove all night from Florida and finally got everything in the unit by myself at 6:00 a.m. I pulled out of the facility and parked up against the fence at at 6:00 a.m. I needed to close my eyes. I could not go out into traffic without being a hazard. Joe, I had to take a nap after driving all night and unloading everything an hour and a half later the lady came to the van. I waited 3 weeks for my hitch installment. The installer returned after 10 mins and said my car was too rusted to install a hitch. That wasn't the problem at all. My car required the extra step of lowering my exhaust, installing the hitch, and then refastening. Honesty is the best policy. Simply, my install would taken 40 mins instead of twenty.
