Came to fix ac, worked for a minute, now they are charging me for them to come back, saying it worked, jay sucks whole company sucks. Very unprofessional 11/11/2025, update, they still suck
These guys are the worst! Lack of professionalism, zero integrity. I wouldn't let them work on anything inside my home again. Terrible service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
24/7 Plumber Miguel Lopez Came out to my house that I am Renting to fix my toilet that was continuously running and the Angle stop wasn't working properly! Miguel replaced everything in the Tank the Fill Valve. Flapper, All the Washers and Nuts and Bolts, And the Angle Stop. Miguel did an excellent job now the Toilet runs like a brand new installation! The tech Nathan Kincaid came out to check on a busted pipe and had the worst demeanor. He was so completely unprofessional that I was in utter shock that he thought it was okay to treat me the way he did. He was condescending and rude. Wouldn’t listen to the issues we were having, kept talking over me and when I asked him to please let me speak he kept on talking.
