My mom had 2 toilets that were clogged. Pro-rooter come out and gave estimate of repair, we agreed they flushed the drains and told me they would guarantee work. Four days later toilets backed up again they advised now it would be over five thousand to fix backup, since guarantee wasn't in writing they refused to honor. Ceasars stated no need to flush drain because it would back up again all pipes under house would need to be replaced. I called Downey plumbing they came out fixed issue for less than 300.00. Very pleased with Casars work, he was very understanding and knowledgeable of our problems and willing to explain what he had to do. After doing the repair he returned a few days later to double check that everything was still ok.
