I had an extremely poor experience with this company. The female representative who answered the phone was unprofessional, dismissive, and refused to even identify the company name. She showed no basic customer service skills and instead chose to argue with me, repeatedly going back and forth over a fabricated time issue. She insisted the plumber waited for 30 minutes, which was completely false, as he was only there for approximately 10 minutes. Her behavior alone was enough to make this experience unacceptable.
