We contacted 24/7 based upon reviews online that were favorable. Our experience was not positive. On first appt - no one showed. Finally received a service call. No follow up on parts suggested - once the technician finally came back, he had wrong part and had to come back hours later. Another wasted day off work. This is a Good Plumber – Good Service! We have been using 24/7 Plumbing for several years now. They have always been good to us and have taken care of us in a timely manner. We are pretty satisfied with the service they provide!
Very Timely Service – We needed a plumber on New Years Eve. They answered and came out at around 11:30 pm. 27/7 Plumbing Service unclogged the toilet in no time and the price was fair. If you live in Katy, Texas and need a plumber call these guys.
Good Job – My contractor, who was putting in hardwood floors, recommended 24/7 Plumbing Services for a plumbing project that I also had. They came out to do the work, and did an awesome job. Wonderful Service & What A Deal – After we discovered a huge leak in our kitchen, 24/7 Plumbing was at our house in less than an hour...on a Saturday. They were extremely friendly and worked very hard, in over 100 degree heat. Despite being covered in sweat and mud at the end of it, they only charged us for an hour, despite working over that. HIGHLY recommended!
