24/7 is polite, great to deal with and more then happy to help rotto roter couldn’t do the job in 3.5 hours and 24/7 got the job done in less than an hour I highly recommmend 24/7 for your plumbing needs

The crew that came to clean the main drain were polite and efficient. The drain was working as it should. They assured me the line was clear and if I had any more issues they would come back and redo the cleaning. Would use them again.

These guys show up and turn the water off for an entire townhouse building leaving us without water for hours with no notice. They've done it twice recently. I called the city water dept. and they were not informed either. It's supposed to be illegal for someone to just show up and turn off your water. You're supposed to inform the city and the neighbors before shutting off water service to so many people. Not remotely professional behavior. Think twice before calling these amateurs.
