I had a 4 week old foster kitten that had sudden health issues, refusing to eat and losing weight extremely fast. I brought this kitten in 3 times over 1 1/2 week and it was a different vet each time. Where I got upset was when veterinarians were giving us different directions and medication without knowing he was previously treated there. Not rich enough to save my best friend I gave 24/7 $500. 00 after having to bang on front door to be let in a my experience got worse after informing 24/7 I was willing to hand over all Ihad for Lobo after that it was all about the money For Give Me Lobo I know now care is just a word.

All the other visits here have been great. The Dr gives their opinion on treatment and we discuss the options. However the Dr tonite was so dismissive of our wishes. She didn't even come talk about our request.

My dog has been having issues with using the bathroom/peeing. I came here waited for five hours paid $115 for him to stick his finger in my dogs butt he was rude. Didn’t seem to care about my animal at all. Walked out with no information. ChatGPT provide provided me more information than he did. Please save your money and don’t bring your animal here.

I came in a few weeks ago with my cat. I noticed he had an abscess by his anal gland. It looked awful and painful. Everyone was great with my cat. He's super aggressive toward vets (sorry everyone... Idk why he's like this 😭). They handled him very well and communicated everything clearly with me. Dr. Wilkins and staff informed me that he had to have drainage tubes and staples, so it didn't look great, but everything was ok and he'd be fine in two weeks.
