Hired through our home warranty. Furnace went out, was supposed to show up between 7 AM and 12 PM. We called at 12 said the tech was held up and would call us back with an ETA. We called another 4 times throughout the day and no one answered. No care for their customers. We will absolutely not request them ever again.
Fraudulent company. Avoid at all costs! Despite having a 24/7 service line they rarely pick up even during business hours. They skipped our installation window and after calling 3 times during the window they never answered. Finally after the window ended they claimed we never confirmed so they didn't show. When we were finally able to reschedule. Part of the installation charges were a fee for acquiring a permit to install a new furnace.
