I had a wonderful experience with both the new doctor and nurse coordinator during my recent visit. They were incredibly efficient, attentive, and kind—not only to me but also to my children. Stay far away from this place!! This office is a total joke. Very unorganized and unprofessional. 1 star is too high of a rating for this office.
If I could give 0 starts I would. We took 4 of our kids here and the practitioner put the information wrong under each kid. It took 5 phone calls and several hours for each to get a single referral sent through. After looking at our records I see he didn't even write the correct referral for the correct kid. Office staff is extremely understaffed because of high turn over they aren't able to process through anything with ease and you will be put on hold until you hang up. DO NOT GO HERE. This place is absolutely horrible my baby had really bad strider and was hospitalized for one week. they do not know what they are doing the are going based off a chart for your baby and not the actual baby right in front of them.i went 2 times within the same week and they didn’t catch that he was not breathing good. Dr hope prescribed me medicine and didn't even know that he was already 6 months old and could take something better. And the other Dr I seen gave me something else.
