Hours are listed wrong. They claim to be 24/7 with an appointment but they locked up at 4:45 even though I had an appointment. Very rude didn't answer the phone when I was trying to get in for my appointment.
Very unprofessional the “Owner” hung up and my face about 5 times because she didn’t want to do her job. She told me she had a full lobby but that was untrue. She was rude when she answered the phone so I rushed what I wanted to ask her so I could get off the phone with her that’s when she told me they lobby was full and hung up in my face. Great location! Appointments are easy to make! The staff are extremely friendly and informative and were helpful after my test to ensure the process was smooth, and my new employer would receive the results by the requested date!
