THIS GYM IS THE BEST! They have just about every piece of equipment under the sun for a full body workout including ropes, platform steps & kettle bells. Everyone treated me with respect and understanding and are very pleasant. I appreciate the month to month membership. The showers and locker area are always clean. It's a great place to go. Gym atmosphere like no other! Great place and friendly staff who always greet you with a smile! It's been two years since I joined and a big shout out to owner Amanda & trainer Chris who keep me coming back each week! Y'all rock!
Good, clean gym - It has all of the basic necessities for weight lifting - The staff here are beyond friendly and helpful - It's a positive environment - If you're new to fitness and are looking to join a gym, this is the best place to start since it's not too intimidating. - Overall, a great place to stay fit.
Nice place, very clean. It is a friendly neighborhood gym where you can take the whole family. It's a good facility that has all the equipment you need, nice friendly staff and always an awesome place to work out! I give this place 5 stars because it is well deserved!
This is the by far the best gym. It is extremely reasonable. The staff is super friendly and helpful, it's never too crowded. The locker room was clean too, it has nice clean shower and changing area and there are lockers. The gym is kept clean and everything was well maintained & the crowd is good.
I love this gym! I just joined a while back and it is very different from other gyms I visited in the area, this is both a place with great equipment and a very inviting atmosphere. Always a welcoming feeling when you enter the door for all levels, I'm always greeted when I come in and leave. Not only did I immediately feel comfortable, but I was able to work out without feeling embarrassed and I'm eager to keep going. I truly can't say enough great things about this gym and I can't recommend it highly enough!!!
