Terrible service all around! We used their services in June for a 40th birthday party. Their driver was TEXTING while driving for most of our ride. I addition when our ride was complete we were surprised by being charged an additional $80 for champagne that we were never told was not included! You claim to be a no hidden fees company but clearly that is false! I made numerous calls the company and spoke to the manager and even the owner and was told I would be receiving a refund .... We requested a stretch limo for our wedding, which was scheduled to be through the Tunnel of Love. When the driver picked us up, he was in a PARTY bus. The bus was too tall for the Tunnel, so we were forced to change our wedding plans at the last minute and did not have the wedding we'd envisioned. So - we rented the pink stretch humor limo for my friends birthday while in Vegas as a surprise. We rented it from 9-11 pm. We pre-booked this at least three weeks before even going to Vegas with the number from the website. We were super excited.
