Went there at 11:30 pm on a Friday and they were closed. Lights off, no one home. Disappointing as I didn’t want to pay for the ER just to stitch up a cut. Change your hours on Google!
Creve Coeur location is close, but the website says it's 24 hours. And the downtown location has rude people answering the phone.
They are not 24/7. I have severe ear infection. Scheduled online visit. Nobody called me. I called two numbers provided that state service is suspended.
Completed all the online info. Only to get someone to finally answer the phone and be told the Creve Coeur location is no longer open. The website does not state that. I am a single woman and do not feel safe driving to the downtown location alone. Horrible communication! And a waste of my time.
