Won't answer phone calls and make it almost impossible to cancel
I recommend barbecue noodles and pot stickers to everyone, which are beautiful and delicious.
As multiple reviews have stated, there is NO customer service. As in if you lose the key fob to enter the gym or the fob quits working for some reason, you will not be going to the gym for the foreseeable future. I have currently been calling for over a month with a membership/access question that should literally be resolved in under 2 minutes and have yet to receive a return call. Not worth the money. Old equipment, not well-kept, and not well ventilated.
have been trying to contact this gym for a few weeks now to cancel my member and they are not responding to my inquiries.
