24/7 Flood and Fire was a true lifeline for our home. We hired a big-name company for a Repipe of old Quest/PEX pipes - turns out they weren't "specialists" at all. Due to that incomplete/incompetent job, we called 24/7 Flood and Fire for a mold inspection of our crawlspace. During the inspection, Ryan alerted us to 2 active leaks. really quick response, give us a quick and transparent quote. we had a unique situation and jason + john + team addressed it with care. a lot of other similar companies did not get back to use in a timely manner. our stuff was delayed a few days longer than we initially were told which was a bit annoying but all else would great. hoping i never have to use again but would recommend

When we returned from holiday, we found that our hot water heater had leaked, leaving our basement and garage a hot, soggy, dripping mess of water and condensation. 24/7 Flood and Fire had a team at our house within 2 hours of my call. They worked until almost midnight to remove water and damaged carpet from our house and set up blowers/heaters.
