Had a very mysterious water leak happening and was appointed to 24/7 by Mr Rooter plumbing. Very helpful in directing me what to look for and to try looking again before coming out for any work or charges. They were not out to get money but instead wanted to ensure there really was problem before doing any work. Thank you Jason and Mr rooter!

I had water damage and possibly mold in the interior of my car and needed to replace the pad and possibly the carpet. I searched on Yelp to find someone that could do this type of service. One of the companies I contacted was 24/7 flood and fire. I spoke to Jason and he indicated that his company would not be able to help me but if I would like he would do some research for me and try to find businesses that could possibly complete this job. Jason the owner took time to talk with me about water in my crawl space. He was very knowledgeable, and heard my concerns, and gave some good advice. Good to know there are companies willing to assist without trying to sell you something.If I do have an issue I will definitely be calling back! Thanks

Chase, is an amazing tech came out and recommended the injector dry system to help me dry out walls, where otherwise I would be tearing up a couple feet up from the ground to get ride of water damaged but instead was able to dry it out and with no mold growing and show me safety readings of the wall moisture

Company showed up as soon as possible to begin assessing the situation. Very professional and polite. The lead and the workers were very knowledgeable and respectful of my house. Would recommend to anyone!
