Hi My Name is David Turtle from Jamisontown Penrith. I have be coming to Penrith gym now for about 3 months 3 times a week. It's a nice clean gym and the staff are very friendly with a nice happy smiling face. I wasn't sure if the Gym life was for me at the age of 80, but after a few weeks I have become part of a group of 10 all over 70. They are great bunch of people men and women.
