Hi My Name is David Turtle from Jamisontown Penrith. I have be coming to Penrith gym now for about 3 months 3 times a week. It's a nice clean gym and the staff are very friendly with a nice happy smiling face. I wasn't sure if the Gym life was for me at the age of 80, but after a few weeks I have become part of a group of 10 all over 70. They are great bunch of people men and women. 24/7 Fitness Penrith has everything I need and more. The equipment is top-quality and always clean, the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is welcoming for all fitness levels. I also appreciate how spacious and well-maintained the facility is – even during peak hours, there's room to get a solid workout in. Being able to train any time of the day or night is a huge bonus. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking to take their fitness seriously!
