Honestly my favorite gym, I don’t even have a membership anymore, but I’ve been gym shopping and this place is the only one I’ve liked, it’s just not close anymore
Great place! Solid weight gym with a good compliment is available supplements. Much larger than the vast majority of 24h gyms with a wide variety of equipment, machines and free weights. If the equipment that you’re looking for isn’t here you probably don’t need it.
I live in Phoenix and stay in Big Lake in the summer. The owner let me get a summer membership which was amazing. If you like lifting weights this is the gym for you. The Owner was very helpful and is there alot to answer questions. So much equipment and hardly no waiting. I will definitely be back next summer. I dropped about 23 lbs this summer so thank you 24-7 Fitness!
