I put in an inquiry with James at 24/7 Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning and he called me back within an hour. Even more impressive, he was able to come out and do the job within another hour, on this Memorial Day holiday nonetheless. He cleaned our sectional couch and ottoman and had a tough task because we have dog hair everywhere, but he was extremely detail oriented and took his time to make sure everything was done right. James went above and beyond on my sofa! He paid attention to every detail to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it! My white couch looks as new as the day we brought home! I've been searching for a reliable carpet cleaning company in St. Louis for years and I finally found one I can stick with. 24/7 Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Services came out to our home on short notice and completely transformed our living room carpet. James was amazing! He pretreated and cleaned my linen blend white couch, chair, and ottoman impeccably. Another very well known company said it was impossible to clean but 24/7 carpet & upholstery easily did it. I will definitely be using them again!
