This Company is a Scam, they pray on those who turn the age of 65 and older, if you joined Medicare at the age of 65, there is a good chance that Call-a-Doc has illegally received your personal Info. and Banking info. and has begun charging your account a Fee ($29-$69) stating you enrolled in their program when you have not. They will even charge you for back dates to the month you were born. I have received 1000+ complaints from people who have Falsely been charged and "enrolled" in this program and never knew it till a few... read more
No help what so ever. Lady on the phone didn't even know what I was talking about. Refused to listen or help. I'd love to give you more information if you had given me any way to do so.
Called the first time when I was out of town. I spoke to a doctor who said they would call in a prescription. They didn't. Took several rounds with customer service the next morning to get the prescription called in. Not impressed.
