Worse service I have never had. I called in for a yeast infection. The doctor chis loo never called my prescription in. I had to call the service number to speak to a manager who then called my prescription in WRONG without the refill. Then I messaged the doctor telling him that it did not have a refill. He refused to listen to me. This is a waste of money. I said I think its strep. (My son was diagnosed with strep). I was prescribed Mucinex DM and Benzonatate. Please tell me how that will help my sore throat, its not drainage related.

This Company is a Scam, they pray on those who turn the age of 65 and older, if you joined Medicare at the age of 65, there is a good chance that Call-a-Doc has illegally received your personal Info. and Banking info. and has begun charging your account a Fee ($29-$69) stating you enrolled in their program when you have not. They will even charge you for back dates to the month you were born. I have received 1000+ complaints from people who have Falsely been charged and "enrolled" in this program and never knew it till a few... read more
