James is the absolute best. He came out in June, late at night on a weekend to rescue me from 80+ degrees from our AC going out. Stayed for over an hour in the heat and fixed it. Again in August - dealt with issues and he came first thing the next day to help us. He's kind, attentive, won't leave until he finds the issue, and an incredible value for the work he does. I highly highly recommend him!

agree with another post: why list your service as 24/7 if no one is there to answer the phone.

Called at noon, he said he'd call back. No call. I called again at 4, he said he'd text me immediately. No response after calling. How unprofessional.
