Last night our AC stopped working. I again call 27/7 to set up an appointment for the next day but, Dante worked me in his schedule the same day I called. He showed up and got to work. Dante was very informative and was very honest. He gave me 3 options 1st replace the bad part and if it works I am good. 2nd to buy a different part and would help my aging unit 3rd worst case need to replace my AC we started with option 1 and it worked so we have AC in the house. Dante saved us! We were cooking with summer temps and an AC on the fritz. Dante immediately diagnosed the issue and had us up and running within a matter of minutes. He took the time to show me how to prevent the issue in the future and was extremely reasonable with the charges. I could not recommend 24/7 Air more!
I looked all over in a panic trying to find someone to come fix our AC as it had went out and was reading 85° in our house. Dante was the first person I talked to who seemed like they were genuinely concerned with our issue as we have a little kids in the home he offered to come out as soon as possible to help us. once he got here, he was very polite and I could tell right away. I had them install an AC unit a year ago and it's still working like a charm. They came by for a tune up this year and checked my heater too. They always show up when they say they will and are good about communicating if they need to reschedule. They are prompt, professional, and fair. I'm so glad I found them!
An excellent local ac business. Steve and Andrew did superb work and explained everything to Blaine and myself. We are glad we invested in this local company. Would not hesitate to recommend 24/7 to anyone needing air conditioning or heating in their home.
