I gave 24 7air a call and they asked what would be the best time to arrive, and within a couple hours they were here, Steve was the service guy very polite, very knowledgeable he quickly work through the systems until he found the problem.
HUGE rave to Dante with 24/7 Air!!!! He went above and beyond to help me to help my elderly aunt get heat back in her home over the very cold weekend!! I absolutely recommend!!!!! He also installed the heating and cooling systems in our home several years ago and has been amazing with follow up and answering any questions we have had. He will be fair with you, honest, and do an incredible job.
We absolutely recommend 24/7 Air for all of your heating and a/c needs ! We had made several attempts with other services in the Magic Valley to fix our newer heat pump but no one seemed to be able to. It needed to be rewired. Steve at 24/7 Air got it done. My furnace was making a loud noise and Daunte came out to check it out the same day. He figured it out a blower motor was going out and ordered a new one under warranty. The new motor came in about a week and he promptly sent Steven out to install it.Steven had it installed in about an hour and we are up and running. I highly recommend 24/7 Heating and Air
Our heater just stop heating after trying multiple time to restart. Sent up the white flag. I remember seeing 24/7 Air on TV, so gave them a call Dante answered after sharing my problem we set an appointment the next day. Dante called me an hour before my scheduled appointment and asked if he could come sooner. He arrived and went to work and found that ignitor was bad and also replaced a wire that he found that was melting.
