These are just a few of the poor qualities of services they provided. None of dirt/mold was cleaned from the windows, all trash and furniture was specifically requested to be removed from the apartment. There are more issues requested to their services that were not performed on their template they sent out. They then charged me $1200 for essentially grouping trash into corners and called it “10 hours” of work. I just had Alex and Irina clean my apartment and it was fantastic, such a wonderful peace of of mind! Both Alex and Irina were both incredibly professional and courteous. I live in a small studio apartment with an office and had a lot of clutter and trash. They not only worked through it incredibly fast, but also incredibly efficiently! I also signed up for a fridge and oven cleaning, and they look brand new! My cleaner was named Nadia, and she did an incredible job deep cleaning my kitchen and bathroom! She got things gleaming that I didn’t know would ever be white again! Highly recommend!

This is the best cleaning service I’ve ever worked with! Every corner was spotless, the attention to detail was incredible, and the team was polite and punctual. After they finished, my home literally sparkled, and the atmosphere felt so fresh and light. Special thanks for their professional approach and the care they showed to every item in the house. True masters of their craft — I’ll be calling them again for sure!

Quick to respond to my Yelp inquiry for a move-out bathroom and kitchen clean, schedule and take deposit. I don’t want to hurt their business, but I wouldn’t recommend and will avoid in the future for the following reasons: Cleaner didn’t speak any English, so was difficult to communicate with her. I had to go through her “manager” so that was frustrating. If that was the only issue and the cleaning was done well, I might hire again and would suggest at least giving customers a heads up.
