DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! This is the most unkept property I’ve seen in a long time. The buildings need to be pressure washed. This is the condition in which residents are forced to live under. I have spoken with two members in management only to be told there’s a ground crew only to still live in filthy conditions. The curb appeal is horrible management are liars. The pool is closed jn the summer and I have had a leak for two weeks that is not fixed.. All the property management has is excuses.
Ms.Anglea, Mr.Deshavion, and Ms.Sedina have been sooo good to me !!! Ive been staying at Elevate Twenty Three for about 2 years and have really enjoyed it. This was first apartment and they have truly made everything so easy !! Leasing office is super welcoming and the maintenance is fast and attentive !! Transferring to a new unit in the same complex and again its being made really easy !! Im super happy here and the leasing office is a huge part of that !! <3
