We moved in about a month and a half ago, and almost everything in this apartment is broken. Before we signed the lease, they promised that all repairs would be completed prior to our move-in date. However, no issues have been fixed. That African maintenance guy comes by, looks at the problems, and then leaves without taking any action. This is the worst complex I have ever stayed in. 1.watch their billing because they will try to pull a fast one on you. 2.youre going to pay for “valet” trash service. Baby they do NOT pick up your trash. For the first month it was fine after that, I’ve been having to take it myself. 3.youre going to pay for pest control but roaches will still be an issue, I keep my house clean and find some here and there. 4.there is soft spots in my floor, my bathtub is PEELING OFF, I can’t open or close my sunroom door, and half my power ... read more

I recently moved into this apartment about two weeks ago, and while the manager seemed friendly during the initial walkthrough, that's where the positives end. Unfortunately, the reality has been a series of frustrations due to neglected maintenance and unresponsive management. First off, no pre-move-in maintenance was completed as promised. We moved in Friday. One window doesn't have a lock on it, one room we cant use because the floor was so wet it was squelching, they gave us the wrong keys, we don't have hot water, and one of the showers isn't finished. At this point our apartment is considered uninhabitable, but no emergency maintenance has even looked at the lock. This is unacceptable. Edit: we are on our third week of having lived here.
