Still no update on my refund for my application fee
I’ve lived at this apartment complex for a year enough to say that it is absolutely not worth the price they’re charging — and it’s clear they’re only able to ask so much because of the location. The “renovated” apartments may look modern at first, but the quality is mediocre at best. I was denied over 30 days ago after waiting for my application to be submitted for 2 weeks due to management changes. I drove over a hour , did a paper application , went and got money orders just for them to wait 2 weeks for the portals to be up and running for my application to be submitted when I could of saved my time and money and done that myself 2 weeks later just for me to be denied for “server charge offs” My only charge off was a phone bill from 2019! Scheduled an appointment for 11am today June 25th, when I got to the leasing office the doors were closed and I was told the team was in a meeting and they couldn't see me, they wouldn'teven let me wait inside. If this is an indication of what living here will be like it's a hard pass for me
We currently don’t have a portal to make rent payments. I go into work before the staff is in and I get off after they close. I got charged a late fee as well as an eviction fee.Seems pretty unfair to me
