DO NOT LIVE HERE. If I could give 0 starts I would. This is the most bs place I've ever lived. I lived here for 3 year. During the last few years I lived here I was so sick and couldn't figure out why. Eventually, I started to see mold literally growing out of my walls. I reached out to management, they sent the maintenance man in and he basically said it was "mildew" from the shower and "dust" on the walls. They refused to do anything. I recently moved into this apartment about two weeks ago, and while the manager seemed friendly during the initial walkthrough, that's where the positives end. Unfortunately, the reality has been a series of frustrations due to neglected maintenance and unresponsive management. First off, no pre-move-in maintenance was completed as promised. My first apartment and for the first 6 months I really had no complaints, just was grateful to have my own space. However, experience has been terrible and i’ve never been ready for a lease to end. I give so much grace with Elevate and I genuinely try not to be upset with the leasing office and maintenance team but this is just out of hand. Let’s talk about it. They don’t take care of the property. The trash is overflowing. They don’t fix things broken in your apartment. My refrigerator has been working properly for a whole month. If you like a refrigerator, which is one of the most simple amenities in an apartment. Don’t move here!!!
