Good apt, decent price The 23rd street is the best in my apartment search. Locate accross Targetc, USPS, Trader jode & banks. Very convenient location. The neighborhood is quiet. Just parking is tight because it have some apt behind the Target. It’s street parking. You need to park further than walk to the apt. 1 bed, 1 bath for 650 sqft. The property manager Carmen is so nice & reponsive. We booked a tour with her. She was patient to answer my questions & helped out during application process.
