My plumbing business was not compensated per our contract with this business. We completed the agreed to work, and the 23rd group refused to pay us for services rendered after the fact. Contacted by the 23rd group to do a project sent overall compliance that was asked for the day before or to look at said project receive a email stating that we are not compliant on all levels. Reach out to the compliance Department call and email. They never responded back.

Amazing company to work for. We do service for their clients in Northern California and couldn't be happier with them. 23rd Group makes sure to keep us accountable as vendors and at the same time they have great customer service agents that add tremendous value to their clients. As a contractor that works for many facility management companies I can definitely say there is a lot that can be learned from 23rd Group by others in the industry. Good work, team!

This company sucks don't do any business with them all they will do is use you and when you're not needed just let you go without any reason. starting with the person in HR Ashley and then her puppet Michael overall i suggest vendors save your money they are not worth it trust that.
