Hard to get paid it’s been months and no one will return my calls
I usually don't ever leave reviews but this company here. They do not pay on time. They're already 6 days late. So I called the billing department and she said sir it's not late. I said ma'am it was turned in the 7th of January and now it's the 9th of February and you're telling me you're sending it out in four more days on a Friday. Which means I will get the check probably three more days. There's always that rule of thumb. If they lie to you in the beginning, cut them off. 23rd Group is the best facility management group to complete work orders for. They're great to their clients and treat their contractors very fair. This is not too common in the industry, so I am very happy they exist. Good job, team!
They come up with paperwork excuses not to pay We have summited tha paperwork repeatedly ,DONT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY
I just started with 23rd group so far it’s been easy onboarding and Carl has been a pretty good. We will see what the future holds.
