This company tried to contract with me to do a plumbing repair. They did not seem to have their act together. I would be leery of their services. I would not work for them.

My plumbing business was not compensated per our contract with this business. We completed the agreed to work, and the 23rd group refused to pay us for services rendered after the fact. If you like doing service work for free, then definitely work with these guys. The account we worked on was a tractor supply in Sussex New Jersey, and the account manager we worked with was Kalee W. Contacted by the 23rd group to do a project sent overall compliance that was asked for the day before or to look at said project receive a email stating that we are not compliant on all levels. Reach out to the compliance Department call and email. They never responded back.
